How many properties do I need to have?

Do I need to have an ETV license?
Yes, for tourist rental in Spain the corresponding license is required. If you already have it, we handle maintaining it. If you need to obtain one, we advise you through the process.
Can I still use my property some days per year?
Of course. In the full management and revenue share models, you can block dates for personal use. Just let us know in advance.
